Installed and supported Windows NT 4.0 and 2000 servers, mostly BackOffice 4.0 and 2000.
 
Performed extensive support and troubleshooting of Exchange 5.5, Exchange 2000, Proxy and firewalls.

Designed and developed communication software for Williams Companies' optical fiber and microwave network spanning more than 10,000 miles across the U.S. Software kept tabs on operating status of transmission equipment and ambient conditions (smoke, temperature and site security). Software controlled variety of network functions remotely (cross-connects that forward optical signals to destinations or switch signals from one fiber to another).

As a team member, designed and implemented the fault tolerant X.25 backbone networks for American Airlines and Delta Airlines. Communication cost savings was substantial after migrating from expensive leased lines to cost effective packed switched X.25 networks.
Integrated, tested and debugged network control software for American Airlines and Delta Airlines data networks.

Software Engineer

Tested, implemented and supported fault tolerant SABRE Network Control System for American Airlines. American Airlines owned one of the largest private networks in the world, connecting more than 100,000 SABRE terminals.
